This comes as huge surprise. Last week Steve Jobs announced that the white iPhone was ready to be shipped this month. At this point in the iPhone 4 release there has been some issues with the phones. Apple mentioned that they would stop giving free cases after Sep 30. That could mean they might fix the death grip issue by then. Which leads me to believe that we won’t see a white iPhone until then. Check out the official statement from Apple.
