Symantec is currently in beta of it new product called Norton Everywhere. This was designed to protect mobile devices such as iPhone OS and Android.

If there is a need for protection software that could only mean there are threats coming soon. A product with no demand is a non lucrative business model.

Symantec is targeting business enterprise customers to provide an extra piece of mind for protection.

I just hope viruses don’t infect my beloved nexus one. HTC is expected to be the first manufacturer to adapt Norton Everywhere.
