The OS will also now only be available in the App Store as a 4GB download.  The download and install is practically seemless.  No reboots will be required.  It will cost only $29.99 for authorized Mac hardware and if you are a developer, the preview is available today.

Mac OS X Lion features over 250 new tricks for you to play with.  Things like “multi touch gestures” are integrated throughout the OS in apps like iPhone, Safaria, iMovie and more.  There is also a new Mission Control view which is a love child of Expose and Spaces.
