The Motorola Xoom will be the first tablet running Android 3.0, codenamed Honeycomb. It will sport a dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor running at 1 GHz and a 10.1-inch display (1280 x 800). The Xoom will have 32 GB of onboard memory and 1GB of DDR2 RAM, along with SD card support.
The Xoom will also have a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and will feature a built-in gyroscope, barometer, e-compass, accelerometer and light sensor. For connectivity, it will support Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR +HID, 802.11 Wi-Fi b/g/n, as well as both 3G and 4G LTE. It goes on sale today for $799 and $599 with a two year agreement.
