Motorola co-CEO Sanjay Jha delivered an awesome keynote yesterday a the Credit Suisse 2010 Technology Conference, and I have a few things to say about it.

I’m going to outline a few things said at the conference, and of course, give you my take on it.

– Motorola Mobilty will seperate from Motorola Solutions with $3.5 Billion, no debt, and 16,500 patents in its portfolio.

If I’m reading this right, Motorola Mobility break off from its parent company, Motorola Solutions, with 3.5 billion dollars in its pocket, and 16,500 sure-shot patents. It almost sounds like giving your 18 yr old his entire trust fund and saying, “do as you please, we have faith in you”. Not saying I disagree, but I don’t think it gets anymore confident then that considering the mobile market these days.

-Motorola Mobility plans to jump into the table world with sizes ranging from 7-inch to 10-inch tablets in the near future.

This is awesome, if they can get rid of the bloatware. Can you imagine an 8 x 11 piece of paper with Motoblur all over it? You be the judge.

Anyway, that’s a taste of things to come. Check out BGR for the full keynote.
