At the moment the Optimum 7 is a Europe-only device at the moment. It’s a shame right? Because it’s probably th ebest Windows Phone you can get right now. Well according to an FCC filing for the E900. Their is a device runnning with full compatibility on AT&T’s 850 and 1900 MHz 3G bands. Most can only assume that its coming to AT&T or Rogers. The Optimus 7′s specs include a 3.8-inch WVGA display, 1GHz processor, 16GB of internal storage, a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and HD video capture, and a 1500 mAh battery.
